The Healing Is The New Sexy City Ambassador Program is a volunteer, community-driven initiative powered by a collective of inner well-being seekers. Our mission is simple: to curate an empowering hub that help women find truly authentic and deeply immersive experiences that resonate with their needs and that promote leisure, recreation, and play as vehicles for self-discovery, healing, and inner growth. We segment and share them with our readership and community.

City Ambassadors are the soul friends every inner well-being seeker needs in her tribe. You know the places to be and always have the scoop on the best experiences for fun, leisure, relaxation, self-care and adventure.

As a City Ambassador, you will be a part of our joy curation team, researching, trying, and chronicling your experiences participating in local activities in your city that promote the well-being of women.

You will also help us expand our well-being directory and create compelling content highlighting must-try activities and business spotlights to help us spread the word and grow our readership.

A City Ambassador is a curious, free-spirited, self-exploring woman who:

• is in-the-know about the latest experiences and activities in her local community and beyond;
• obsessed with personal growth and well-being;
• has a knack for writing and telling compelling stories;
• loves social media;
• and of course, is passionate about helping other women create more joy on their journeys of self-discovery, healing and inner growth.

We are looking for authentic, free-spirited women (21+) residing in the United States who support the inner well-being and personal transformation of other women, love engaging in well-being experiences and are enthusiastic about spreading the word about unique hidden gems in their hometown.

City Ambassadors have an opportunity to represent our brand and mission in their local communities and across our digital properties. City Ambassador perks include:

This is a volunteer, community-driven opportunity. We do not offer payment in exchange for being a City Ambassador.

To become a City Ambassador, you just need to fill out our application form. Here’s some advice on what we’re looking for:

General

• If you live in a big city we especially want to hear from you! If you live in NYC, D.C., Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta, Los Angeles etc.;
• You don’t need to be a professional writer but comfort with writing is desired;
• Active on Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) – a minimum of 1,000 real followers a plus (**NOTE: Social media accounts must remain public at all times while an active City Ambassador. No private accounts.);
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage projects simultaneously;
• Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit;
• Must have own laptop/computer, applicable software and internet access with ability to perform duties remotely

Research & Data

• Web Research & Analysis;
• Data Entry (Excel and Google Sheet Data Entry);
• Word and Google Doc Typing;
• WordPress Data entry a plus

Content Creation

• Photo and video content creation and editing;
• Excellent written communication skills;
• Write and tell compelling stories (500-800 words);
• Written for personal blog or other websites a plus (If you have a blog, site and/or social media links be sure to include them in your application);
• Canva use & knowledge a plus
